Get Tuned is operated by Carl Hinkle, a sole proprietorship in Connecticut, United States ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Get Tuned iOS application and related product pages on runthroughapp.io.

1. Information we collect

No personally identifiable information is collected by the Get Tuned app. You do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or other contact details inside the app.

Anonymous usage analytics may be collected using Firebase Analytics. This data is used to understand how people use the app (for example, which screens are opened) so we can fix bugs and improve the product. It is not used to identify you personally.

Microphone / audio processing — Get Tuned needs microphone access to detect pitch while you are tuning. Audio is processed on-device for tuning and is not uploaded to our servers.

Website support form — If you contact us through runthroughapp.io/support, we receive the information you choose to submit (first name, optional email, and your message), along with the selected app, so we can respond.

3. Third-party services

Get Tuned may use Google Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage measurement. Firebase is operated by Google; see Google's privacy documentation for how Firebase processes analytics data. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive your payment card details.

4. Data retention

Anonymous analytics are retained according to Firebase's retention settings. Support messages you send through the website are retained as needed to respond to your request and for ordinary business records.

5. Children

Get Tuned is rated 4+ on the App Store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Get Tuned after an update means you accept the revised policy.
