These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Get Tuned ("Get Tuned," "the app," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Carl Hinkle as a sole proprietorship in Connecticut, United States. By downloading, installing, or using Get Tuned, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Please also read the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

1. Licensed application

Get Tuned is a Licensed Application under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple's Standard EULA applies to your use of the app obtained through the App Store, and these Terms add product- specific terms that do not conflict with that EULA.

2. What Get Tuned is

Get Tuned is a music utility that helps you tune instruments using your device's microphone. It is provided as a paid, one-time purchase through the App Store unless Apple shows a different offer in your region.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law or Apple's Standard EULA
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to interfere with the app's normal operation

4. Purchases and refunds

Payments are processed by Apple. Pricing is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

Get Tuned is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tuning accuracy can vary with device microphone quality, environment noise, and instrument characteristics.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Get Tuned. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for Get Tuned.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Get Tuned after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
